• Requests or suggestions considering the retouching or correction of photos are accepted once, on WhatsApp or via e-mail. Additional requests are charged at CHF 20 per photo after the finished material has been handed in.

Equally important

 * I would like to point out that the result of a photo shoot does not depend only on the photographer. Try not to do anything important on the day of the shoot. Your mood is half of the battle! The result is very important to me, so I choose the best time of the day for the photo shoot, as the sun plays a significant role in the realization of the idea. Please, do not be late. If you are very late (30 minutes or more), I reserve the right to cancel the shoot and reschedule it for another day as I cannot guarantee the results you hoped for.

Studio Shootings

My studio has both pulse and constant sources of light, as well as plenty of natural light.
You can hang your clothes on a rail, steam them for your photo shoot if necessary and do your make-up in a spacious dressing room. There's also a shower booth, which allows you to bring the most original and audacious ideas to life.

F.A.Q.

What kind of equipment do you use?

I shoot with NIKON cameras. The main one is the Nikon Z7 II mirrorless camera.

My backup is the Nikon d850 DSLR.

I’ll usually take the following lenses : 85mm for portraits, 24-70mm for scene-setting/ events.

How would you describe your photography style?

I would call it a mixed style. After all, at a wedding, it is important to shoot beautiful portraits, as well as documentary and staged shots. Wedding photography is one of the most difficult, precisely because it combines so many styles.

What experience do you have in Wedding photography?

I have been working as a wedding photographer for over 14 years. I have been involved not only in photography, but also in organizing events, so I know a lot of traps and pitfalls. By the way, I would like to say a very important thing!

A photographer needs to know the exact timing of the wedding so that he or she has time to set up the equipment, check the number of remaining shots on a flash card, and set the light before the important moment comes.

So, tell me as much as possible about your wedding ceremony script and send me the timings before the day of the shoot. Leave all the surprises to your guests. On the contrary, for me, it's important to get a quality shot of one of the most important days of your life!

We would like to book an 8-hour photo shoot, but without a photo album, how much would that cost?

You order the "6-hours" package and extend it by as many hours as you want at a rate of 200 CHF per hour.

What do you mean by "the number of photos per hour depends on the wedding ceremony script"?

It means that weddings are different. One wedding is low-key and relaxed, another one is noisy and dynamic, and while the third one, I can take only a couple of shots as most of the time is spent in the car driving from A to B.
It should be taken into account when you book a wedding shoot, as well as when you plan the itinerary. The time I spend traveling after the start of the shooting is paid for as shooting time.

What do you wear for a wedding?

I usually wear a polo or a T-shirt and jeans, mostly black, so I am not reflected in the photos of your relatives and the videographer’s shots.

Can you help us choose a location for a wedding outing?

I have been living in Switzerland since August 2020 and I have had some time to visit different places. I always recommend locations whenever it’s possible. If I don't know your city, I will come beforehand, if possible, and explore it or analyze the location via Google Maps.

Do you help with posing?

Yes, of course, I help with posing if necessary. Many couples on their first shoot get lost, not knowing how to stand or where to turn.

But you don't need to be a professional model for a beautiful photo shoot - the main thing is to be open and sincere. Don’t be shy in expressing your feelings.

A pre-wedding « Love Story » is always a great idea! I would call it an important part of your wedding rehearsal.

• 1-hour of photography coverage in a church / in a cathedral (300 CHF)
• Collaboration on styling 35-40 individually edited photos in my own signature style are delivered in both Colour and Black & White (the photos are selected by the photographer)
• Edited images are available for you to download from an online gallery that you can share with your relatives and friends. It is very convenient. You can also select the photos for the album there.
• The photos will be delivered within two weeks.
• You can rent a wedding or christening poke bonnet* (20 CHF).

Creative photo shoots

Terms & Conditions. 

When I do creative photo shoots, I want the shoot to be as productive and enjoyable as possible.

That's why I have the criteria by which I select my models:

1. The model has to like the photographer (how can it be different?) and the photographer has to like the model, i.e. to match his taste and to be perfect for the idea of the shoot.
2. Please send me photos that show you from different angles as much as possible. They should show your face with or without a smile, without sunglasses, full-length photos, with or without make-up. In general, don't scrimp on different kinds of photos.
3. Active lifestyle (open Instagram and Facebook accounts).
4. I like to shoot people with whom there is a connection and some chemistry. People who don't clam up, don't stand still, and who light up a room.
5. When I do a creative shoot, I already know what idea I want to bring to life, what I want to shoot and how I want to do it. I take the model's opinion into account but agreeing to the shooting means that you agree to my terms.
6. I choose my own photos for the photo shoot. I don't give away all the footage and I don’t choose the best shots in your opinion. I usually promise 5-10 of the best edited photos. Please bear this in mind and do not ask me to send the rest of the photos or to send them all.
7.  When you post the photos online, be sure to indicate me under the photo as in the example ( photo - @photographer_milena) as well as the tag on the photo. Exactly like this, 2 marks and nothing else!
8. When you post photos, you don't put any filters on them or crop them. I deliver photos in good resolution and specifically prepared for posting on Instagram.
9. Signing the release.
10. It is an obligatory condition. A creative photo shoot is a promotional product for me. I will use the photos for promotion. They will participate in competitions, and this requires your consent in written form.

Also... a little bit about ethics.
The photos you send me should correspond with the way you look now. (Length of hair, weight, figure...)

Nail polish is discussed in advance, but in 99% of cases I ask for a non-bright manicure, as well as a pedicure.

If I want to meet you before the shoot, please find an hour.

After the photo shoot, please, don't ask me, "When will the photos be delivered." I can deliver photos of creative photo sessions much later than commercial ones.
